In addition to the form, please also submit digital pictures giving a full 360 degree view of the space, measurements of the space, measurements an pictures of any furnishings or fixtures that will remain in the space (e.g. a fireplace, or a favorite sofa) and any other photos you think are significant. If possible also submit photos, magazine pictures, online photos, etc. that might give a better idea for your specific design tastes and style direction. If you don’t have digital pictures, you may mail them USPS to:
